Update from Capt Chris Colvin, IAWG/PA

Good Morning,

I don’t know if you have seen news clips from Cedar Rapids, but this was sent to me by Iowa State Director Otto Wachholtz via Jon Morries of the Nebraska Wing.

Even if you have never been in Cedar Rapids, its easy to see how bad the flooding has become. Pay special attention to the railroad bridges and churches to get a relative scale of how deep this water is now. Similar to the problems we have seen in the past, now there is a film of petroleum runoff on the water that could be a huge fire hazard.
