Capt Richard Sprouse, Group 2 Minnesota Wing

These are from Minnesota Department of Natural Resources supported operations
in Crooktson (about 70 miles north of Fargo). Members of the Northland Composite
Squadron (MN Wing) were assisting with Disaster Relief Operations there.

Taken before we had to get the heck out of there.

Capt Sprouse is also an Information Officer for the DNR.
